WARWICK WELCOMES: Adam Clayton

Warwick welcomes Adam Clayton!

After having officially launched the new Adam Clayton Reverso Signature Bass earlier in the year, Warwick would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Adam Clayton for joining our artist roster. Clayton came to be among Warwick's most esteemed artists after viewing a Who documentary and developing a fascination with the tone of legendary Warwick man John Entwistle. After demoing the Stryker and the Buzzard, two mainstays in the Ox's arsenal, Clayton came up with his own spin on the legendary design and so the Reverso was born.

Warwick is honored to have an artist like Adam trust in our craftsmanship; Adam has won 22 Grammy awards with U2 and wrote and performed the theme of the 1996 Tom Cruise film 'Mission: Impossible', among other endeavors. Please join us in welcoming Adam Clayton to the Warwick family.

Other Warwick basses have been added to Adam's arsenal. Warwick presented Adam with a gold sparkle finish Streamer Stage II when U2 played at the Brandenburg Gate in Germany, on November 5th, 2009.

And more recently, Adam has taken delivery of a 'Triumph Gold 3-layered High Polish' finish Warwick Star Bass II.

"So there I was, fifteen years old, with a dark brown Ibanez-copy bass guitar and no amp. I had no idea what I was supposed to do with it. Absolutely none. Not a clue. It just sounded good to me." - Adam Clayton
